Project overview

Healthcare providers were increasingly looking for ways to offer remote consultations and digital healthcare services, but existing workflows were fragmented and difficult to manage. Video calls were handled through disconnected third-party tools, appointment scheduling relied heavily on manual coordination, and doctors lacked centralized access to patient information during consultations.

Patients also experienced difficulties when booking appointments, sharing medical information, or communicating with healthcare providers remotely.

To improve accessibility and streamline remote healthcare delivery, we developed a centralized telehealth platform that combines video consultation, appointment scheduling, patient engagement tools, and digital medical records into a single secure platform.

Challenges

The healthcare providers faced several operational and technical challenges while delivering remote consultation services.

Most clinics and hospitals were using separate systems for scheduling, communication, and patient management. Video consultations often happened outside the healthcare platform, making it difficult for doctors to access patient history, consultation notes, or uploaded medical files during calls.

Appointment booking was another major issue. Many patients still relied on phone calls or manual coordination to schedule consultations, which created unnecessary delays and administrative overhead for clinic staff.

Remote diagnosis workflows were also limited. Doctors had no structured way to collect information from patients before consultations, and patients could not easily upload images, lab results, or supporting documents during appointments.

The providers needed a secure and scalable telehealth solution that could simplify communication between doctors and patients while supporting long-term digital healthcare growth.

Solution

We designed and implemented a complete Telehealth SaaS Platform that centralizes remote consultation workflows for clinics, hospitals, and private healthcare providers.

The platform combines secure video consultations, scheduling systems, patient engagement tools, and centralized patient records into a single integrated environment.

Online Video Consultation System

We implemented a secure real-time video consultation module that allows doctors and patients to communicate directly through the platform.

The solution included:

Doctors can conduct consultations directly from the platform without relying on external communication tools.

Interactive Patient Engagement Features

To improve remote diagnosis workflows, we added interactive consultation features that allow patients to share medical information before and during appointments.

Patients can:

Doctors can review patient responses instantly and use the information to guide consultations more effectively.

Appointment Booking & Scheduling

We built a centralized appointment management system that simplifies scheduling for both patients and healthcare providers.

The booking system supports:

Patients can easily browse available doctors and book appointments online without requiring manual coordination.

Doctor Dashboard & Consultation Management

Doctors are provided with a centralized dashboard where they can manage consultations, schedules, and patient records.

The dashboard includes:

This allows healthcare providers to prepare for consultations more efficiently and manage workflows from a single interface.

Integrated Patient Records

The platform includes centralized patient profiles containing:
